Sacred Seasons: An Ayurvedic Approach to Wellness

Join Ali for this workshop exploring Ayurvedic theory and practice. Using the principals of Ayurveda, we can make choices in diet, yoga, essential oils and lifestyle that support us in health and happiness throughout the year. The workshop will include a short overview of the seasons through the lens of Ayurveda, a gentle, ground vinyasa flow practice, and opportunities to sample essential oils and an Ayurvedic tonic. All levels welcome.
