Yoga & The Sutras

Been practicing asana & want to learn more about the Sutras? The Yoga Sutras were written thousands of years ago & asana is only mentioned a few times. Although some people question the applicability of the Sutras to life today, the bulk of the Sutras offer guidelines for taking your practice off your mat. We can all benefit from Ahimsa (compassion), Svadyaya (self-study) & more. In this class, Heather will weave the Sutras into the physical practice, giving you the opportunity to explore applying these Sutras to your practice on & off your mat. This will be a vinyasa class open to all levels.
