Join us and delight in the art of Qigong (chee goong), the Chinese yoga system that’s growing in popularity worldwide. Qi is the life force energy (prana) that flows throughout the acupuncture channels of the body, while Gong means skill acquired through practice. Qigong teaches you to harmonize and focus your movements, breath and mind/spirit. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed and with some simple yet powerful exercises you can practice at home.
