Creating a Spiritual Life

This workshop is for seekers who are on the search for wisdom, transcendence, and sacred belonging. Regardless of background, age, or whether or not you are affiliated with a formal religious tradition, the soul longs for peace, compassion, and connection. We’ll explore the challenge and opportunity of living a spiritual life in our contemporary world. Drawing on several sacred traditions, the poetry of Rumi, Mary Oliver, and others, The workshop will include laughter, storytelling, lecture, mindfulness practice, small group conversation, and the soothing sounds of classical guitar. Bring a journal.
