Children's Mindfulness

Children of all ages are welcome to enjoy this fun, imaginative and playful yoga workshop for children of all ages.  Through mindful movements of yoga, children learn how to tell stories with their bodies about living in harmony with nature and the world that we share.   The practice of yoga gives children tools for self-regulation, self-confidence, and body awareness, while paving the way for them to become healthy and well-balanced adults.  And it just happens to be a lot of fun!
