Traditionally practiced one-on-one in Mysore India, you will experience the core of the practice in a group setting being led through posture after posture. Similar to chanting a mantra this class will provide the experience of the efficiency this system of movement offers. Randolph will offer alternative modifications he has developed through his practice to provide everyone a chance to participate.
