Ageless Flow

This all levels class will focus on improving posture, balance and flexibility. Special attention will be paid to bone health and preventing/reversing bone loss related to osteoporosis. The use of props, mindful modifications and careful transitions will be encouraged as students find the balance between ease and effort. Breath work and meditation will be included to reduce stress and tension in the body.

(Chairs will be provided for students that would prefer not to do the floor work).
