Friends and family that play together, stay together! "Ohana" (family) is a key component of Hawaiian culture along with the term "Aloha," which actually means love, kindness, and respect. Learn breathing and relaxation techniques, proper posture for spinal care, strength, and balance, mindful movements of Hawaiian story-telling, and fun yoga postures that can be practiced in pairs or as a family.
This workshop offers a fun, playful way to connect with one another without technology, for a change. The practice of yoga is proven to reduce stress, improve health and overall well-being. With a touch of the Aloha Spirit, discover ways to connect with elements of nature, and more importantly, with one other.
This workshop is for all levels. Beginners welcome, no experience required.
