Life requires us to be present, listen well, and adapt to our surroundings-- even when we're surrounded by other people. Mindfulness is not only for the quiet moments of solitude in our lives. Enjoy a demonstration of improv comedy and its principles with the award-winning cast of Sea Tea Improv. Improvisers are experts in the art of letting go of our ideas, boldly blurting whatever pops into their heads, and building collaboratively with others in the moment. We'll apply the principles of improv comedy to situations that you can use each and every day with your coworkers, family, friends, and anyone else you encounter. And of course, you'll get to laugh.
